As of May 2007, Leam Valley is now operated by Mario Luca, a local PGA Professional, who has been working at Leam Valley over the past few years in various capacities. Mario is developing the centre into one of the best practice facilities in the Warwickshire area. As an experienced Professional, he has the knowledge to be able to offer exactly what a new or experienced player is looking for in a practice facility.
Mario and his staff have worked extremely hard, on a limited budget to improve the condition of the Par 3 course. New tees have been installed, including one on the 4th Hole, which now requires a tee shot over a pond to the green 117 yards away. The bunkers have all been refurbished and the greens are improving all the time. Fairways and rough are always kept at a presentable height.
